Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure booking.
- If booking is cancelled 14 days prior arrival, 100% deposit is forfeited.
- If booking is cancelled 21 days prior arrival, a 70% deposit is forfeited.
- If booking is cancelled 30 days prior arrival, 50% deposit forfeited.

- Pool used from 07h00 to 19h00
- Smoking inside rooms is prohibited
- Only registered guests are allowed at property after 21h00
- Parents responsible for keeping children safe around the pool
- Excessive noise is not allowed
